REFUND POLICY

We do not offer cancellation/exchange/returns/refunds.However if you’re item has been damaged in transit you are eligible for a refund excluding the shipping charges.To be eligible for a refund you need to have an unboxing video from scratch which shows the damage clearly and once you ship the product (on your own) we will initiate the refund .At Allthingscute, we work hard to ensure our store policies are fair, clear and transparent.
